How we use enquiry information

Vaidehi Farm collects your name, preferred contact method, phone or email, enquiry category, message and consent flags so we can answer that enquiry. Optional consent for future offers is stored separately and is off unless you tick it.

Visits

When you move between pages we record the page, the time, a session id for that browser tab, whether you are on a phone, tablet or desktop, the browser name, and a city-level place derived from the connection. We do not record a precise address or the IP address itself, and the session id ends when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while we are answering them and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can refer to quantities, dates and consent. You can ask us to delete your details.

Who we share with

Forms may be delivered through an email form service. We do not sell enquiry lists. We do not use the form for unrelated marketing unless you have ticked the offers box.
